As a rule, men prefer an operation that is artfully conservative. There is nothing "conservative" about the procedure, but the results appear to be so. Here, aside from the upper and lower eyelids, canthopexies were also done. Canthopexies are procedures designed to elevate the position of the lower eyelid without diminishing the overall size of the eyes; it changes the saggy round eye to a youthful "almond" eye. It is very effective in the restoration of a youthful appearance.
